There are generally two strains of kratom we offer: green and red or variations of them.
Green (Premium Bali) is commonly known to follow the assumption that small servings are stimulants and bigger servings are sedative.
Red (Red Maeng Da) is commonly known to be used in small servings for relieving pain and bigger servings as a sedative.
What constitutes small and large servings? It's quite individual and can depend on weight, food in your stomach and other factors.
In general, kratom can be broken down into two servings:
Stimulating Kratom Serving — this involves lower servings of around 0.025 grams/pound of bodyweight.
Sedative or Painkilling Kratom Serving — this involves a higher serving of around 0.04 grams/pound of bodyweight.
When using kratom for the first time, it’s best to start with a lower servings size than you think you’ll need and increase slowly with each consecutive serving until you get the desired set of effects. After consuming, give your body at least 60-90 minutes to feel the effects before increasing your serving size.
